About The

Music

For us, buying the old Corks was always about the music. We met listening to music, and it has remained an important part of our lives. Yes, as our corporate careers were winding down, we were looking to invest in our community, but it had to be the right opportunity for us to take this risk. When we found Corks, we fell in love with the vibe, the people, the potential to grow the music following, and to make it a profitable business. We took a wine bar with a little music, to a music venue with wine, spirits, and good times.

Food

UnCorked will focus even more on the music. We will continue to bring in the amazing local talent we all know and love. We will also seek new local talent, but also bring in up-and-coming talent, trying to expand their fan base. Music will now become a sales category like food, wine, beer and alcohol. Music and food (with the new kitchen) are areas where we can continue to grow and improve.

We Have

added many things

We want our patrons to come for the music and to support our music community. We have added many things we were missing at the previous venue including a bigger stage, sound system, security cameras, alarm system, improved POS system for quicker check out, and one, larger bar. All bartenders are updating their TIPS training for customer safety. We want each and every customer to enjoy their evening at UnCorked, and arrive back home safe and sound. We will not over-serve, and if needed, we will find you a ride home, even if that means driving you home ourselves. We ask you all to look out for each other as well. Scott and his security team will be there on the weekends checking for IDs, sobriety, and illegal activities.
